       The organization is aimed at institutions and individuals committed to global scientific and technological cooperation in the field of space computing and to promoting the development of the aerospace field, including non-profit organizations, government departments, commercial organizations, universities and scientific research institutions, and related technical practitioners.

       Share public space computing infrastructure and services, and discuss international space computing cooperation development plans and cooperation mechanisms.

       Jointly build platforms for space computing expertise, technical source code, protocol standards, open data sets and other resources to safeguard the interests and reputation of the SCO.

       Organizations committed to global scientific and technological cooperation in the field of space computing and promoting the development of the aerospace sector can apply to become members of the Organization, including but not limited to non-profit organizations, government departments, commercial institutions, universities and scientific research institutions
