The SCO plans to adopt a system of council responsibility, with the General Assembly as the highest authority of the organization and the Council responsible to the General Assembly. The daily standing bodies include the Council, the Advisory committee and the Secretariat, which will be composed of working groups such as the Facilities Coordination Group, the Technical Standards Group, the data circulation Group, the Open source Exchange Group and the Open cooperation Group.
Board Of Governors
It is the highest decision-making body of the Space Computing International Organization, and the first board members are composed of the sponsor organization, which is responsible for formulating policies and overseeing the operation of the organization.
Advisory Committee
Responsible to the Board of Directors, composed of candidates recommended by the board units, to provide strategic decision-making advice for the development of the organization;
Academic Committee
The academic committee is composed of technical experts and scholars, and has the right to recruit and develop individual members;
Secretariat
Responsible to the Council, responsible for organizing annual meetings, reporting annual work progress, formulating work plans, coordinating work groups, etc.;
Under the secretariat Working groups on facility sharing, technical standards, data flow, and open cooperation are responsible for carrying out work in the corresponding areas.
Facility Sharing Group
Promoting the construction and sharing of space science and technology infrastructure; Academic Exchange Group: Organize international academic seminars and carry out international exchanges;
Technical Standards Group
Responsible for the development, testing, verification and promotion of space computing group standards, and promote their rise to national and international standards;
Academic Exchange Group
Facilitating the flow and sharing of smart satellite data elements;
Data Flow Group
Promote technology development, promote technology exchange, and build an open scientific ecology;
Open Cooperation Group
Expand the membership and expand international influence.
